The Impact app lets the company's clients follow their insurance policies, files and installments, report incidents, and request insurance services.

How do I activate my account?
After signing up and verifying your mobile number, enter the activation code the company sent you on WhatsApp. If you don't have one, choose "I need an insurance service" and our team will contact you.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your mobile number to receive a reset code on WhatsApp.
How do I report an incident?
Tap the "Report" button in the middle of the bottom bar, choose the incident type, describe what happened and attach photos. In emergencies, call an ambulance or the police first.
My policies don't appear
Policies appear once your account is activated and our team has added their files. If a policy is missing, contact us using the form below.
Deleting your account
In the app: Account → Delete account, then enter your password to confirm. The account is permanently deleted. You can also request deletion of your account and data using the form below. See the Privacy Policy for details.
